Handmade Product Notice

All items are handmade, which means small variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused

• the item must be in its original condition

• the customer must contact us before returning the item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• photos of the item

• photos of the packaging

• your order number

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• custom or personalised items

• items damaged due to misuse
